2. In the course of processing personal data, the Operator may collect, record, systematize, accumulate, store, clarify (update, change), extract, use, transfer (disseminate, provide, access), anonymize, block, delete, destroy personal data performed with or without the use of automation tools.
3. The personal data subject agrees that, in order to implement the terms of agreements concluded between the personal data subject and the Operator, including user agreements and/or the use of the Operator’s software and services, as well as for the purpose of the personal data subject concluding agreements with third parties using the Operator’s software and services, personal data may be transferred in full:
to third parties under agreements concluded between the Operator and them, consents of Personal Data Subjects (hereinafter referred to as third parties), the list whereof is posted on the Operator’s website.
4. The personal data subject shall be considered to have given this Consent in full without any exceptions from the moment they created a User account in the software and/or service, the Operator’s website, by placing a mark in a special place on the account creation page next to the link to the text of this Consent, and in relation to cookies – from the moment of confirmation in electronic form.
5. Personal data of the Website Users may be processed by the following Internet services: Yandex.Metrica, Top mail.ru, VK retargeting, AdRiver, Google Analytics.
6. The User has been notified that they, as a personal data subject, have the right to receive information regarding the processing of their personal data. The rights of Personal Data Subjects are set out in the Personal Data Processing Policy.
7. The Personal Data Subject may revoke their consent to the personal data processing at any time:
7.1. The revocation of consent to the personal data processing may be sent to the Operator in the form of a notification only with the personal signature of the Personal Data Subject or with an enhanced qualified electronic signature.
7.2. A notice of revocation by the Personal Data Subject of their consent to the personal data processing with the personal signature of the Personal Data Subject shall be sent to the Operator by registered mail to the address of TekhAtomStroy LLC specified in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
7.3. A notice of revocation by the personal data subject of their consent to the personal data processing with an enhanced qualified electronic signature of the Personal Data Subject shall be sent to the Operator via the electronic document management (EDM) system.
7.4. The notice of the revocation by the Personal Data Subject of their consent to the personal data processing shall indicate the full name, address, TIN, PSRN of the Operator, full name, address of registration at the place of residence of the Personal Data Subject, as well as the clearly expressed will of the Personal Data Subject to revoke their consent to the personal data processing.
8. Personal data of the Personal Data Subject shall be stored for the entire duration of the user agreements with this Personal Data Subject, as well as for 10 years upon termination thereof, unless the personal data have been revoked by the Personal Data Subject. In the event of withdrawal of consent to the personal data processing, the Consent shall cease to be effective from the date specified in the request of the Personal Data Subject, however no earlier than the date following the date of actual receipt by the Operator of the revocation of such consent.
9. The processing and protection of personal data shall be regulated by the Personal Data Processing Policy approved by the Operator.
