In pursuance of Federal Law on Personal Data No. 152-ФЗ dated 27.07.2006, I (hereinafter referred to as the personal data subject, the User), freely, of my own free will and in my interests, voluntarily and consciously give my consent to TekhAtomStroy LLC (PSRN 1089847395604, TIN 7802449259, address: 8A Pridorozhnaya Alley, prem. 519, intracity territory of Sergievskoye Municipal District, 194352, St. Petersburg (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) for processing using the website: https://techatomstroy.ru/ and their services, personal data (hereinafter referred to as PD) on the following terms:

1. The consent is given for the processing of the following personal data:

1.1. General data: last name, first name, patronymic; e-mail address; telephone number; information about interests; other information concerning the goods, works, services, products and/or services of the Operator and its partners, entered by me when filling out forms on the Operator’s website, as well as provided by me when using other methods of communication.
1.2. 5. The Personal Data Subject gives consent to the Operator to transfer their personal data (only user data, with the consent to the processing of cookies):

to companies that perform work on creating (including modifications of) a website and providing services for technical and advertising support of the website, including the following companies: Yandex.Metrica (metric programs), Google.Analytics, VK retargeting, and marketing automation services.

6. The Personal Data Subject hereby confirms that:

6.1. They have read and agree that the the Subject’s personal data may be transferred by the Operator in the amount necessary for the Subject to gain access to the website and its content.

6.2. They give consent to the processing of their personal data specified in Clause 1 of this consent, and also confirm that the Operator has explained the consequences of failure to provide personal data, in cases where the provision of such data is mandatory in accordance with the federal law.
6.3. They have been informed of the possibility of revoking consent based on the provisions of Federal Law on Personal Data No. 152-ФЗ dated 27.07.2006 by personal inquiry or sending a written request (including in the form of an electronic document signed with a simple electronic signature or an enhanced qualified electronic signature) to the Operator, and are informed of the right to revoke the Consent for the purpose of ceasing the processing by the Operator.
6.4. They have been informed that the Operator may continue processing personal data after receiving the revocation of the Consent, as well as after the expiration of the Consent, if there are grounds provided for in Part 2 Article 9 of Federal Law on Personal Data No. 152-ФЗ dated 27.07.2006.
6.5. They agree to receiving advertising and information materials and are informed by the Operator about the possibility and procedure for refusing to receive the same.
6.6. The personal data subject has been notified that they may receive information regarding the processing of their personal data. The rights of the Personal Data Subject are set out in the Personal Data Processing Policy.

7. The Consent shall be valid for an indefinite period until it is revoked by the Personal Data Subject. The Consent shall cease to be valid from the date specified in the request of the Personal Data Subject to revoke the Consent to Personal Data Processing, but no earlier than the date following the date of actual receipt by the Operator of the Consent revocation.

8. The date and time of formation, confirmation and sending of the Consent shall be considered to be the moment of marking the corresponding field (or pressing the corresponding button) in the Form and/or pressing the button for sending the Form on any page of the website and/or its service.

9. The processing and protection of personal data shall be regulated by the Personal Data Processing Policy approved by the Operator.
