The project included demolition work (equipment, electrical systems, ventilation, and sewer outlets). New concrete foundations were installed for the equipment, interior finishing was completed with preliminary demolition, and partial remodeling was carried out without altering the supporting structures. The monolithic reinforced concrete roof beams were reinforced, protective reinforced concrete walls were installed, and additional metal protection was provided. Pits, channels, and openings in the walls/ceilings for utility lines were constructed, and window and door units, as well as gates, were replaced.
External electrical lines were installed, lightning protection mesh was laid, ventilation panels, and condenser units (UKRM) were installed. Water lines (potable, fire-fighting, and hot water) were rerouted, sewer manholes were repaired and installed, and sanitary sewer outlets were rerouted. External heating networks were installed in an impassable reinforced concrete structure. The heating system was replaced, and new ventilation and outdoor areas for ventilation equipment were installed.
Old fire alarm and notification systems (SPS, SOUE) were dismantled and new ones installed, and utility lines and equipment were commissioned. A metal loading dock, a canopy, and sidewalks were installed, road surfaces were restored, and the area was landscaped. Construction debris was removed.
