RAZVITIE brand multifunctional plastic manholes are rotationally molded from virgin food-grade LLDPE polyethylene. They are designed to create reliable outdoor utility systems—drainage, sewer, stormwater, inspection, and storage—and also serve as enclosures for small sewage pumping stations (SPS).

For 110/160 mm pipes, rubber cuffs are used (holes are drilled with a core drill). For 200–400 mm pipes, adapters are used. Special anchors are provided for anchoring against floating, and are attached to a concrete base with a cable.

The HZ-2000 is a cylindrical manhole with a diameter of 1000 mm, a height of 2000 mm, an internal neck diameter of 700 mm, and four landing pads measuring 1000 x 220 mm for pipe entry.
The KDU is a cast-in-place manhole with solid stiffeners, a bottom, and landing pads at various angles (for pipes up to 160 mm and larger using adapters).
The R Series (trough) are prefabricated trough manholes for gravity networks with pipe diameters of 110–200 mm (R1, R2).

R-FILTER sorption non-pressure filter cartridges
R-FILTER filter cartridges are designed for localized pre-treatment of contaminated wastewater in main and stormwater inlets for storm, industrial, and domestic sewer systems. They are particularly effective in flood-prone areas, low-lying areas, during floods, and in areas where installing full-scale on-site treatment facilities is impossible or unfeasible.
Design
The perforated frame ensures uniform distribution of wastewater and prevents water hammer during sudden increases in flow (such as heavy rains). Activated carbon and other sorbents can be added to remove heavy metals.

Operating principle
Contaminated water (including oil spills) flows by gravity through a hatch or grate onto a catching rubber skirt and then into the center of the filter cartridge. Purification occurs from top to bottom through a monocomposite or combined sorption module.
The main sorbent is a fibrous non-woven material with a corrugated structure made of hydrophobic polymer fibers. Oil products fill the cavities through capillary action and are firmly retained. Once saturated, the sorbent can be squeezed out and reused (service life up to 200 cycles). Oil capacity is 15-25 g per 1 g of material.

TAC-RAIN stormwater treatment plants
Horizontal, closed-loop polyethylene tanks, fully prefabricated, for treating rainwater and meltwater. The body is made of virgin polyethylene, with a wall thickness of 25–130 mm, depending on capacity.

Cleaning agents for rolling stock and railways
The product line was developed jointly with VNIIZhT and is included in the GOST R 54 612-2011 register.
1. Express A-10 is a concentrated, liquid acid cleaner with moderate foaming.
Purpose: Regular and interseasonal cleaning of the exterior surfaces of train cars, locomotives, subways, ships, and the facades of buildings and structures to remove rust, graphite and brake dust, road film, soot, petroleum products, and dirt and salt stains.
Features: Effective in cold water, biodegradable, does not damage acid-resistant surfaces.
2. Biolux M-30 is a concentrated, alkaline, water-based foam cleaner.
Purpose: Cleaning the exterior and interior of passenger cars, electric rolling stock, and locomotives to remove oil, grease, and oil stains. Also suitable for indoor cleaning.
Features: Leaves no streaks or streaks, does not damage paintwork, and is biodegradable. Do not use on aluminum, its alloys, or galvanized surfaces!
3. Disinfectant solutions for closed-loop drinking water supply systems in train cars – specially formulated for the safe treatment of water supply systems in passenger trains.
4. Liquid, highly alkaline laundry detergent (for passenger car and dining car linen). Removes various types of stains from natural and synthetic fabrics (except wool and silk).
5. Liquid soap with D-panthenol for restrooms – neutral, gently cleanses, and protects hands.

A concentrated liquid product based on next-generation reagents (pH close to neutral). Effective down to -50°C. Contains no chlorine, nitrites, phosphates, or methanol.
– Removes and prevents ice and snow buildup from all hard surfaces (ceramics, concrete, asphalt)
– Removes ice from freezers without defrosting
– Can be used as an anti-freeze base for cleaning solutions.
2. Disinfection and Bleaching – Biomol KS
A sodium hypochlorite-based gel without caustic alkali or phosphates. Removes mold, mildew, and all known microbes. Suitable for toilets, bathtubs, tiles, and drains. Does not have a strong chlorine odor.
3. Biosan M Acid Cleaner (Gel)
Removes scale, uric acid, rust, limescale, and oil and grease stains from plumbing fixtures, tiles, porcelain tiles, and stainless steel. It has a hydrophobic and bactericidal effect.
